Your Privacy Questions Answered
Your phone number is tokenised for payment processing and stored encrypted on our server. It's never shared with third parties outside the payment processor itself. You can update your registered number in Account Settings at any time if you change your SIM or phone.
You log in with your username and password. We log every login and note the device, browser and location. If we detect a login from an unusual place, we may ask for extra verification. Check your account login history regularly to spot unauthorised access.
Raast transfers are encrypted end-to-end. We receive a confirmation that the payment cleared, but we don't store your full bank account number or routing details. Raast handles the sensitive banking data on your behalf.
We keep active account records while you're a player. After you close your account, we retain transaction logs and fraud-prevention data for as long as local law requires. Older records are archived securely and deleted once the legal retention period ends.
Contact support to request account closure. We'll disable your login immediately. Where local law allows data deletion, we remove personal details after the retention window closes. Some records may need to stay for fraud prevention or regulatory compliance.
Cookies remember your login so you don't re-enter your username every time. They store your language choice and game preferences. Analytics cookies help us see which lobby sections are popular so we can improve the layout. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser privacy settings.
Only our support team and fraud-prevention staff can see your account data, and only when needed to help you or protect the platform. Game studios and payment partners see only what's required to deliver games or process your transfers. All staff sign strict confidentiality agreements.
